Composed mostly of water, 92% of its composition, among its properties it can be mentioned potassium, small amounts phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and folate. Is an antioxidant plant, that prevents certain types of cancer, it has a so much water that is a good diuretic, and has almost no calories.
Elongated fruit in intense dark purple color, like all the eggplant is grown in bush-type plants.
